Thanks to its modern, efficient production methods, Cremo is able to produce Gruyère cheese of consistently high quality whilst using traditional recipes. Cremo Le Gruyère is in 100% conformity with the requirements of the Gruyère AOP charter.

Packaged in practical sizes, it is available in 1 kg bags of 20 or 40 gr. portions, blocks of 2 kg, in ¼, ½ or complete rounds or grated in 1 kg bags.
