Produced from pasteurised milk, Bergmilch-Mutschli Bio is a cheese from the Bernese Oberland region. It has a soft texture, a creamy taste and is produced in a distinctive round shape. You can easily recognise it at the cut cheese counter at your local shop. On the high mountain pastures, the cows eat grasses that contain a high proportion of plants other than graminae and leguminous ones, producing a particularly delicious, delicate flavoured milk. The milk from the mountains of the Bernese Oberland when combined with the organic agricultural processes used in the production of the cheese, give it a quality and purity beyond compare.

Bergmilch-Mutschli Bio cheese is available in small 600 gr. rounds.
