In the high pastures of the Bernese Oberland, the diversity of the plant life guarantees a delicate, aromatic milk of incomparable quality. The cheese produced from this milk takes on a pure, full-bodied flavour. Refined in a cellar for approximately two months, it offers connoisseurs an unforgettable taste sensation.

Available in two varieties, natural and with herbs, the cheese from the mountains of the Bernese Oberland can be ordered in ¼, ½ or complete rounds.
