More than 50% of the production of Swiss butter is used as a raw material in the processing of finished products. Due to its advanced technology, Cremo is able to provide for industry raw materials of the finest quality that meet the needs of its clients in accordance with their individual specifications and packaging requirements. For example, Cremo is able to adjust the viscosity and rheology, the dropping point, the processing, the fat content and the fractions of milk fat according to the specific needs of, among others, the baking, pastry and chocolate industries. All of these butters are also available in organic quality.
