Cremo produces a variety of milk-based powders, with particular attention being paid to the production of milk proteins and fractions of proteins. These specialized products enable for example, acidulated milk to be produced without the addition of other substances, drinks to be enriched with calcium and new natural products to be produced that have specific characteristics. Dairy and cheese products, chocolate and confectionery, bakery products, ice creams and sorbets, meats, dietetic foods and health drinks all benefit from these developments.
