First Choice Butter, made from pure cream, is the ideal accompaniment to cold dishes. Of exceptional quality this deliciously subtle, delicate and refined butter will delight the most sophisticated palates. It is available under the “Beurre de choix Cremo” and
“Floralp” brands.

Dairy butter is made from cream from pasteurized Swiss full cream milk (60-70%) and whey cream (30-40%). Its distinctive, full flavoured taste comes from the whey that is a by-product of cheese production. You will particularly enjoy “Beurre de pays pasteurisé” and “Sännebueb-Anke” that are distributed under the Cremo brand.
