Cremo produces three kinds of 82% butter; cooking butter, butter for industry and bakery butter.
These butters are differentiated by their melting points, which are 32,34 and 37°C respectively.
This very good quality butter is used as a high value added ingredient in the bakery, pastry, chocolate, confectionery and perfume sectors.
