Description
Cremo produces three kinds of 82% butter; cooking butter, butter for industry and bakery butter.

Characteristics
These butters are differentiated by their melting points, which are 32,34 and 37°C respectively.

Usage
This very good quality butter is used as a high value added ingredient in the bakery, pastry, chocolate, confectionery and perfume sectors.

Advantages
Due to its evenly distributed water content, it does not evaporate and the butter maintains its characteristics during baking.
The melting point is stable.
The finished products are of consistent quality throughout the year.
Very elastic, it spreads very easily.
