Responsible milk production

The basic requirements for the milk produced for Cremo are good animal welfare and an environmentally sound milk production.

Cremo processes the milk of a few hundred milk producers from the cantons of Fribourg, Vaud, Valais, Berne, Neuchâtel, Basel and Jura. As well as supplying the milk milk to Cremo, the producers are also the main shareholders. The relationship of trust established between Cremo and the dairy producer promotes constructive dialogue, which is essential for the good functioning of the company.

All milk producers meet the requirements of the "Suisse Garantie" label, which guarantees sustainable, ecological production and careful animal husbandry.
